What should I consider before filming?

Understand the script and check the visuals. If anything's unclear, just ask! We're here to assist. Watch a video with creative guidelines to avoid lots of revisions

How should I film to ensure good video quality?

Film in well-lit areas, preferably with natural light, and record audio in a quiet, echo-free space. Use the back camera for at least 1080p quality, vertical 9x16 format. Don't overexpose videos.

Are there any specific filming techniques I should use?

Be enthusiastic and real, speak at a relatively fast pace with no monotone, and keep your tone consistent.

What are the key points to note during filming?

Avoid filming in noisy places and don't place the microphone too close to your mouth. Also, ensure you're filming in the correct aspect ratio and quality as mentioned above.

What is the safe zone, and why is it important?

The safe zone ensures text and stickers aren't cut off. Anything outside this zone needs re-editing.

What should I focus on while editing?

Make edits match TikTok's fast-paced style. Trim pauses and noise, balance audio levels, and enhance video settings. Save both edited and raw footage. Please name your variations according to the script to make easier the process of revision.

How should I handle text and captions in my videos?

Keep text and stickers in TikTok's safe zone. Use specified fonts and colors; if not specified, use TikTok's native fonts with white text and a black outline, or CapCut's "Classic2" or "Classic" fonts.

Can I use the final videos in my portfolio?

Don't add videos to your portfolio without permission due to our NDA. Get approval from us or the client first.

How much time do I have to complete the project?

Normally, you have 3 days from receiving the product. If there are shipping delays, request a delay via Fiverr Enterprise.

Payment and contract πŸ’Έ

How will I be compensated for my work?

We process the payment via Fiverr Enterprise every 5th and 20th of the month. The milestone is completed when client approve your assets. We will keep you up to date with production stage.

When do I get paid?

All payments are through Fiverr Enterprise, processed on the 5th and 20th of each month. For payment inquiries, contact Fiverr Enterprise [email protected].

What is Fiverr Enterprise? How is it different from Fiverr Pro?

Fiverr Enterprise is simply Fiverr's platform tailored for corporate users like us. It's essentially the same as Fiverr, just designed for long-term collaboration, with tools to manage contracts and projects.

Can I work for competing advertisers?

Before the project, we will confirm you the client name, and if you happen to work with a similar product in the past 3 months, please inform us. Sometimes clients are flexible with this. The competitor is judged case by case.

After the project, the obligation not to work with direct competitors the next 3 months after campaign launch – but you can ask for exceptions.
